Return & Refund Policy — Rich Perfume (UAE Only)

At Rich Perfume, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🕒 14-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions for sending the product back

📦 Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

❗ Damages & Issues

Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used perfume or beauty products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange a product, return your item following the instructions above, and once approved, place a new order separately.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

💳 Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and reflect the refund.
